You don't have to drink 5-6 liters per day, but at least 1,5 or 2 would be fine. It will speed up your metabolism and you detoxify your body.
2. Do not make or eat snacks such as chips, fast food, etc for outside. Tell yourself that every time you need to eat, it should be at a table in your house. In that way you will force yourself to eat real meals, and you will not eat between them.
3. If you don't want to exercise, this is a better solution, make a playlist of your favorite songs that make you want to dance, and do it. This will help you burn your calories, and you will still find some fun in it.
