Chilli beans

This dish is really easy to make, and you don’t need to be an expert in order to cook it.

For this meal, you need :
300 grams of pork and beef ( if you don’t like pork or beef, you can use one of them, but in this dish we use both )
250 grams of onion
Salt ( the amount depends on your taste )
3 tablespoons of oil
2 teaspoons of chilli ( if you don’t like it to be too hot, use chilli that is medium hot )
½ liters of water
2 cans of white beans
And 300 grams of tomato sauce
One green and one red pepper

First thing you need to do is chop the meat into small slices, and then fry them in the pot until they get that dark brown color. Just make sure not to overcook it. Then you need chop the onion, and mix it with meat and fry it for few minutes.
Add chilli, and pour hot water into the pot and leave it for one hour. Of course once you leave it to cook, reduce the heat and wait.

After that hour, add the beans and tomato sauce and cook it until the beans is cooked. When it comes to peppers, you will add them ten minutes before you finish with cooking, not before, because only then they will give the necessary flavor to the dish.
That’s it. Since this is a complete dish, you don’t need to serve it with anything else. Bon appetit !
