Organic foods for baby

So take your time to prepare it for your baby, while you are making for yourself. It would be easy and economical.
Babies are really sensitive at that " age ", and we can easily jeopardize their health, so you must know that if you choose organic baby food ingredients, you will protect your baby from any pesticides.
You can be practical and make small portions for future use. Put your food in a blender, or any other food processor, and after you blend it, put that food in empty ice cube trays, and freeze them.
You should bake and steam the food you're preparing because you will be able to preserve the vitamins in it.
Since there is a chance that your baby may not like it, put a breast milk in that puree, just to give it some flavor.
Make sure you don't do it all the time, just the first couple of times, because you want your baby to get used to that vegetable, and simply experience different textures of food.
Babies love carrots, potato, bananas, and, of course, there are some fruit and vegetables they simply hate. So in that case, mix the ones she loves, with the ones she hates, and in time she will get used to it.
Organic food is definitely something you should give your baby. Her immune system will get stronger and healthier, and she will learn to love almost anything healthy by the time she is older.
